Hello my friends, as you all know June is a very wet and rainy month here in south Florida. Many homeowners are forced to schedule their photo session on a predetermined date due to busy work schedules and home staging timelines. In these instances we do our best to beat the clouds and or rain. The home in this post is located at Long Lake Ranches Davie and is great example, the homeowners had to prep the house and have the staging ready for the photo shoot. We knew the weather was going to be poor for at least a week or more so we had to schedule the shoot. During the actual interiors of the photography session it rained almost the entire time. We treated the photos with light window exposures and blue sky where needed and as you can see the images look very nice for the home sale.
