Properties are shot "as is." It is up to the owner & agent to make sure the property is photo ready. Brett Tyler will not be responsible for moving or removing any items from the rooms or property.

Brett Tyler will not digitally alter (photoshop) any image that will misrepresent the property. 

Cancellation Policy

There are no fees for appointments that are canceled a day in advance.  However, once a photographer arrives at the property, the full amount is due.  This does not cover a re-shoot, that will require a full invoice upon the actual service.  This is due to prioritizing your appointment to make sure the time/day that is set for your initial appointment is locked in, often resulting in others taking a different timeslot.

Travel Fee

For locations that exceed a 25 mile one way trip, a travel fee of $1 per mile(each way) will be applied.
