Why Virtual Staging Is So Important

Hello friends, we recently photographed the Miramar Nature Center for the architectural firm SRS, Synalovski, Romanik, Saye. The building was still empty and we needed to show how it will look when it is staged for an event. The office also needed to be staged with chairs, computers and artwork reflecting the natural habitat from the local Florida environmental surroundings. We also included some virtual twilight photos to show how the venue will look for evening events. Virtual Staging and 3D digital imaging technology was used to convey these characteristics of the property. We are able to deliver specific elements of design styles for the client to render for their marketing needs and portfolio.
